Death is a source of terror for those who do not know Jesus. However, since we are God’s children, we should not be afraid of dying because it will not affect us. Death, as we all know, is the soul’s separation from the body. However, the life that makes up our soul never expires.
When our family members go, it is difficult to handle. We shouldn’t act like unbelievers who have no hope. However, we hold out hope that we will be present with the Lord and rule in his heavenly realm forever.
Our physical bodies are formed of dust, and they will eventually return to dust, but the strong spiritual bodies we will receive in the future won’t suffer any losses. This is the reality that Jesus has revealed to his followers, and we have no doubt that one day when we are all in heaven, we shall all have such a magnificent body and be reunited.
Let’s examine the following texts from the Bible to better understand what will happen to us after we die and how to live so that we might enter God’s kingdom.
