Suffering is a temporary condition and offers hope for deliverance from it. God’s holy word acknowledges that suffering is a part of the human experience due to the brokenness of the world, sin, and its consequences. Suffering is not eternal. It is limited to this present life and that a time is coming when it will be replaced by joy and eternal glory.
God can use suffering to refine and strengthen believers, deepen their faith, and produce character growth. It encourages believers to persevere and trust in God’s faithfulness during difficult times. We get hope for deliverance from suffering through the redemptive work of Jesus Christ. Through faith in Christ, we can find comfort, peace, and ultimate victory over suffering. Let us have a look at the following Bible verses that will tell us more about suffering is temporary.
