God’s word is everlasting and trustworthy, God’s nature is that He will never lie or deceive us. Human beings can go back on what they have said or mislead others in order to gain something for themselves, God will never leave a promise unfulfilled.
Even when human beings deceive others, He will never deceive us. His overall plan for our lives does not change. He will never change in His love for us. God is always truthful with us. Every word of the Bible is true. Even if we turn away and lie to others, God will never go against His nature God’s promises to us are always true.
Let us look at the following Bible verses that will teach us that God never lies and he is such a holy God.
Numbers 23:19
“God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?”
