We can learn about God from the Bible because he has shown himself in it. According to the Bible, God is all-powerful and capable of resolving all of our problems. His deeds and miracles demonstrate how much he loves and cares about us.
Jesus has promised that he will always be with us till the end of time. No one will be able to free us from his grip. We can put our faith in him because he is trustworthy.
We can trust him since the promises he made in the Old Testament have been totally fulfilled. All of God’s men have seen that God’s love never fails, and we can trust him because he established it by laying down his life for us.
When we don’t see hope in our lives, the following bible verses will remind us that God’s love never fails.
John 3:16(KJV) “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
1 John 1:9(KJV) “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”
1 John 4:7-12(KJV) “Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love. In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him. Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins. Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another. No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us.”
Psalm 103:8(KJV) “The Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.”
Romans 8:37-39(KJV) “Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
1 John 5:18(KJV) “We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not.”
Titus 3:4-5(KJV) “But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared, Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;”
Isaiah 30:18-19(KJV) “And therefore will the Lord wait, that he may be gracious unto you, and therefore will he be exalted, that he may have mercy upon you: for the Lord is a God of judgment: blessed are all they that wait for him. For the people shall dwell in Zion at Jerusalem: thou shalt weep no more: he will be very gracious unto thee at the voice of thy cry; when he shall hear it, he will answer thee.”
Romans 5:15(KJV) “But not as the offence, so also is the free gift. For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many.”
Matthew 6:33(KJV) “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.”
Romans 5:8(KJV) “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”
Jeremiah 31:3(KJV) “The Lord hath appeared of old unto me, saying, Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee.”
Galatians 2:20(KJV) “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.”
Zephaniah 3:17(KJV) “The Lord thy God in the midst of thee is mighty; he will save, he will rejoice over thee with joy; he will rest in his love, he will joy over thee with singing.”
Ephesians 2:4-5(KJV) “But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)”
