The Lord Jesus asked Peter that upon this rock he will form his church and it happened on the day of Pentecost. A church is a group of people who are followers of Jesus. In the early churches, believers used to gather to worship the Lord with one accord and we are to do the same.
If we attend the Church for the wrong reasons then we are going to receive a curse from the Lord. The Church is made for worship and prayer and we should obey what the Lord told us to do.
We can be blessed if we follow the teachings of Jesus in order to be blessed. So let us read the following Bible verses that will guide us and teach us the exact reasons why we should attend the Church.
