We find our life in Jesus, and he is our God who guides us on the path of life. Many people try to find the value of their lives in this world but fail. People frequently believe that having money may bring them happiness and calm. The truth, however, is that only God can truly fulfil us by bringing us joy and peace.
Jesus claims that he is the light and that the only way for us to walk in the light is to rely on him and reject this world. He came to give us an abundant life, but we only truly receive that when we choose to follow him.
Although we must reject this world, it is only when we put our faith in him that we discover the true worth of our human life. Jesus reveals to us where we came from, how sin entered the world and the path to salvation. Through Jesus, we also learn about judgement, eternal life, and how to live a life that will qualify us to enter God’s kingdom.
Here are a few verses from the Bible that will encourage us to have more abundant lives. Let’s read them and reflect on them in order to live a more abundant life.
