A person will never get true joy and happiness until he surrenders his life before Jesus Christ. Jesus is the source of joy and happiness. The things that we can see around us will never give us joy for a long period of time.
All worldly things can make us happy some free moments but the real joy that gives us inner peace will last forever. To get that joy we need to seek Jesus in our lives and he will make us complete.
Apostle Paul experienced the joy that made him complete and explained how wonderful it is to walk with the Lord. The children of God must identify the source of his joy. If his joy comes from the world that means he is far from the Lord and he must take turns toward the Lord in order to make him his source of joy.
When we run after the world to get joy, we actually break God’s commandment as the Lord says do not love the world and the things that it has. So let us have a mind to seek joy from the Lord who is our loving Father.
The following Bible verses will give us more information about how our joy comes from the Lord and what steps we need to do in order to obtain it.
