When we come before the Lord, we can see how the devil operates in our lives. We learn how the devil is continually trying to steal our joy. However, we must be conscious of this fact and confront him with the power of God.
Because Jesus died on the cross for us, we now have the freedom to live happily and quietly. We should not be afraid of the devil, who no longer has dominion over our life.
The Lord wants us to enjoy our life by following his teachings while Satan uses his guile to separate us. We can see how the Devil deceived Adam and Eve, robbing them of their joy.
