When God noticed Adam closely he found that Adam was looking for company but he did not get that from his surroundings. So the Lord created Eve for the sake of Adam as his helper. This is the fact that men and women must know.
God has now created a family for us, where man and woman are to love one another and walk in God’s way in order to have genuine love between them. The Bible consistently exhorts its readers to love one another and, to a certain extent, even one’s adversaries.
Man and woman who are married must love one another because the Lord commands it. If a husband and wife truly love one another, they will ultimately enjoy each other’s company and be able to exalt God in their lives.
The steps required to develop true love in a marriage between a man and a woman are described in the following Bible verses.
