Sometimes we ask God about the reason for our sufferings when we go through hard times in our lives. We start to think too much when we fail to overcome such bad things that happen to us. But we must know that God is in control of everything. He knows the things that are going on in our lives.
The Lord says his eyes are always upon his children. He sometimes allows bad things in our lives so that we can come closer to him. Another reason why bad things happen in our lives is because of our disobedience. We see how God brought calamities upon the lives of Jews while they left him and followed after the idols.
The life of Job tells us how God tests our faith. Sometimes we may not understand why such bad things happen to us but we should be focused on the Lord and remain faithful until we overcome such trials.
We can examine how the children of God experienced trials and hardships in their lives and they all were successful at the end of their lives. The Lord says he is going to reward us if we remain faithful till our death.
Let us be strong and positive when we face hardships in our lives. The following bible verses will make our minds strong and help us to know why God allows bad things to happen.
