Our life will never be easy because the Lord Jesus Himself has proved to us through difficult life that suffering is necessary to be a child of God. Although our lives may be difficult and testing, we have a hope that through this difficult life, we will enter into eternal joy.
The Lord Jesus Himself told us that we will suffer in this world but the peace of God will dwell in our hearts because He has overcome this world through His death. On the other hand, we find that when we face various trials we should rejoice because it strengthens our faith.
We should also understand that we should be partakers of Christ’s sufferings through which we will glorify God at the second coming of the Lord Jesus. After all, we can say that God will never give us an easy life because if we go through an easy ordinary life then God’s presence will never be revealed in our life. The Lord Jesus has promised that He will be with us until the end of this age so we will live dependent on His strength which gives us peace of mind.
