Different situations have an influence on our mood. The Bible says a joyful heart makes the face cheerful and a sorrowful heart crushes our spirit.
God’s promise is with us to become God’s children, so let us never be anxious about anything but in everything by prayer and supplication, giving thanks to God. If we reveal all our matters to God then the peace of God will settle in our hearts and we will never be disturbed by anything.
As we are human beings of flesh and blood we face trials from time to time that make us weak but we need to remember that our God is Almighty and He is always with us and He will deliver us from all situations by His power.
We need to receive the fruit of the Holy Spirit which will enrich our hearts with things like love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control, etc. When the workings of God’s Spirit are revealed in us, we can always keep our mood positive with a joyful heart.
