Church needs good leaders who will extend God’s kingdom through their leadership activities. We cannot expand gospel to the entire world until we prepare young leaders. In that case, they need encouragement from God which will lead them to be brave and courageous when they face trials and hardships in their lives.
Small group leaders should be equipped with the word of God so they can teach others what God wants them to do. It is important for them to walk with God in order to keep themselves perfect in the eyes of God too.
Let us have a look at the following Bible verses that will encourage small group leaders to work hard for the sake of the Lord.
