Because God made man in his own likeness, he endowed him with a fully formed brain that enabled him to carry out his deeds. Despite being a clever species, man only has a small quantity of knowledge. He won’t be able to do what he wants.
The knowledge that man acquires in this world is only useful for his or her earthly existence. This information won’t aid them in understanding what constitutes sin, what constitutes salvation, or what happens after our passing.
Their wisdom is the one thing that sets them apart from other creatures. However, we must remember that in comparison to the Lord, our wisdom is nothing. We cannot use this knowledge to preserve our souls.
Our understanding is limited, thus we require the wisdom of God in our daily life. We won’t be content until we follow God’s wisdom because it has the ability to transform our carnal nature and enable us to understand the truth that will grant us eternal life.
Here are a few verses from the Bible that can help us understand knowledge in general. Take a look at them so we can determine what we need to do to walk in God’s righteousness and win his favour.
