Church needs strong and wise leaders to function its works in a smooth way. Leaders play an important role to extend God’s kingdom. If the leaders are wise and anointed by the Lord then it will surely help to extend the word of God to the lost world.
When the leaders do their work faithfully and diligently then all the believers also realize their duties and step forward to take part in Church activity. We need good leaders for Church’s upliftment and it will also encourage our youths to give their efforts in God’s kingdom.
