God has made us wonderfully and we should praise and honor him with our physical bodies. We should not defile it for the sake of our fleshly desires. We must know that one day we will stand before his judgment.
The physical body that we obtained from the Lord must be used for his kingdom’s sake and we should keep ourselves holy as well in order to see God’s presence in our lives.

Isaiah 40:31 But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
