Everybody has a past filled with wrongdoings that occasionally serve as a reminder of who they are. Even though the past is behind us, we shouldn’t dwell on it because it won’t be of any use to us in the future.
After accepting Jesus, we have been transformed into new people who must live in a way that erases all of our former experiences.
We should not look at them since we are now walking in God’s righteousness, but our adversary the Devil is constantly working hard to remind us of our past so that we may return to that position.
To advance in our Christian lives, we must keep our eyes fixed on Jesus. In order to stay holy and righteous before the Lord, we must confront the thoughts of our past with the word of God and learn to avoid them.
The following bible verses will strengthen us when we remember our past and help us to move ahead with Jesus to reach our destiny.
